How to Place an Order
Click Here to visit the VetPartners Logo Store at Lands End. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
• Access the website and select the products you wish to purchase. All apparel items will be listed by gender. You may use the filtering tool to narrow your product selection.
• Select the items and sizes you wish to order.
• Credit cards may be used for payment.
Steps
- From the VetPartners Lands’ End Home page, please select the product section to view the offerings available. You can view products, pricing, and availability of the item (to determine if a product is backordered), sizing and place the order. The price includes the VetPartners discounted price. It does not include tax and shipping.
- For apparel, you will need to select the exact item and size you wish to order. Put your total quantity of items under each size you need to order (i.e. under M place a 5, under XL place a 15).
- Click on the “Continue” button to add this item on your order.
- Logo Application: Select the appropriate VetPartners Logo. Click on the “Continue” button. You will be given a summary of all items in your shopping cart.
- To continue ordering after reviewing the Shopping Cart, you can click on “Keep Shopping”. If you are finished shopping, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.
- Shipping Information: Complete all required shipping information and shipping method. Click “Continue” to proceed with the checkout process.
- Shopping Bag Review: Review your order and shipping information for a final time. Click “Continue” to proceed with the checkout process.
- Billing Information: Please complete credit card instructions on payment page. Your email address is required to proceed. Click “Submit” to proceed with the checkout process.
- Order Confirmation: At this step you will receive a temporary order number for reference.
- Within 30 minutes you will receive an email confirmation that the order was received by Lands’ End and is ready for processing.
- You will receive a second confirmation once the order is in the process of being embroidered. This will include an order number and if there are any backordered items.
- You will receive a third order confirmation once the item is shipped.
- Follow the instructions on the care label for each item, and contact Lands’ End directly if the item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations at 1-800-374-5395.
Helpful Hints
To speed up the ordering process, click on “Sign In” on the navigation bar and then click on “Register With Us”. Registering will make shopping the store faster and more convenient! When you register, Lands’ End will save the address and other information you enter so that you won't need to re-key it each time you shop. The information will be stored on a secure server in fully encrypted form.
How long will it take for delivery of the items?
• Orders should be received in approximately 7-10 business days from when the order is placed (additional time should be added during peak ordering periods).
• Choosing UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day affects only shipping time, not processing time.
Can I return items I do not want?
Yes. Follow the return guidelines provided on your packing slip included with your order or call Lands’ End’s customer service at 1-800-374-5395.
